Ezekiel 37:1 - 38:23 is one of my favorite passages, because it shows how God chooses to use His prophet Ezekiel to raise up a whole army of warriors from dry bones.
I don't need to do that yet, but this passage has still spoken into my life about God's ability to change something dry and hopeless into something vital and hope-filled. Say, my life when I'm burnt out?
I hope this will remind you that when God tells you to prophesy over something, it also means He's given you the power to do so. He will not lead you through something without the ability to carry it out. This segues into the NT part of November 18th, James 1:22-25. The verses here remind us that God doesn't speak to us through His word for nothing. So activate your faith (James 2:14) and carry out those deeds!
